Terms of service

  1. What we sell. A licence to use Crashtape software and its standard, non-customized bot library, for the subscription period you pay for.
  2. No advice. Nothing in the software, site, Impact Lab or social channels is investment advice or a recommendation for your account.
  3. Simulation. Current plans provide simulation only. No plan connects to, or places orders in, any brokerage account.
  4. Your account. Keep your login and licence key private. Licence keys are limited to a number of devices and may be revoked for sharing, resale or abuse.
  5. Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund policy: [TBD by counsel].
  6. Acceptable use. No reverse engineering, redistribution, scraping, or attempts to bypass licence checks.
